Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Position 

The Project Manager coordinates and aligns the team on many aspects of a project, from quoting to delivery, from people, to process, to technology. Key components of the job include: 

  • Initiating: Assist in defining the project scope, requirements, stakeholders, assumptions, and successful outcomes 

  • Planning: Define the key deliverables and milestones, outline the sequence of tasks needed to accomplish them, and manage the budget necessary to fulfill the project requirements 

  • Executing: Identify and schedule resources needed to perform work, resolve issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders 

  • Monitoring & Controlling: Lead any necessary change management, compare actual schedule to planned schedule, and compare actual spend to budgeted costs 

  • Closing: Confirm with stakeholders that the project fulfilled the requirements, review the performance of team members, ensure all projects components are organized and archived, and perform project retrospective.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Project managers with proven experience, ideally using standard methodology (e.g., Agile, waterfall)  

  • Project managers who have helped manage account relationships 

  • Experience in financial services a big plus 



Requirements

Degree Required 

  • Bachelor Degree 

Years of Experience 

  • 3–5 years 

  • Experience working in service industries strongly preferred 

Proven abilities 

  • Project management excellence 

  • Outstanding communications skills; written and oral presentation  

  • PM tools (software) and PM methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall)
